At Amamuse, each order is prepared with intention and care. Please review the policy below carefully before completing your purchase.

Final Sale Items
All custom-made and ready-to-ship wigs are final sale. Once processing has begun, wigs are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Exchanges on Hair Extensions
Hair extensions, including bundles, closures, and frontals, are eligible for exchange only. Refunds are not offered on these items.

* Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
* Hair must remain unused, unwashed, uncut, unbrushed, and unprocessed
* Items must be in original condition and packaging
* Approved exchanges are issued as store credit only

Any exchange sent without prior approval will be returned to the sender.

Order Accuracy & Modifications
Clients are responsible for confirming all order details before checkout. Requests for changes after an order is placed may result in additional fees.

Color Disclaimer
Once a wig has been shipped, color changes cannot be made. While we aim to match selected shades as closely as possible, custom color requests inspired by reference images are interpreted artistically. Final results may vary due to differences in products, techniques, and hair characteristics.

Product Inspection
Please inspect your hair immediately upon delivery without opening or altering the bundles. Any modification to the hair voids exchange eligibility.

Chemical Processing Disclaimer
Amamuse is not responsible for damage caused by chemical treatments or processing performed by third parties.

Processing & Shipping Timeline
* Custom wigs require approximately 10–20 business days for production
* During peak or holiday seasons, please allow an additional 5 business days
* Shipping occurs within 3–4 business days after processing is completed
