Color & Product Appearance
Please note that color variations may occur due to lighting, camera settings, and screen displays. We strongly recommend reviewing all product images and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
Wigs are professionally trimmed to achieve a refined, polished finish. While the listed length reflects the base measurement, the final appearance may be slightly shorter once styled and cut.

Ready-to-Wear Wigs
Ready-to-wear wigs are sold as-is and are not eligible for alterations or custom changes. To avoid delays associated with modifications, clients seeking adjustments or personalization are encouraged to place a custom wig order, which requires approximately 10–18business days for completion.

Closures, Frontals & Bundles
Amamuse is not responsible for damage resulting from services performed outside of our brand. This includes, but is not limited to, custom coloring, knot bleaching, heat styling, or any chemical processing completed by third parties.

Chemical Services
To maintain quality and integrity, we recommend that all chemical treatments or alterations be performed exclusively by Amamuse.

Fraud Prevention
Any fraudulent activity involving the purchase or use of Amamuse products will be investigated and pursued through appropriate legal channels.

Agreement to Terms
Order confirmation serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of all Amamuse terms and policies.
