No. All custom-made and ready-to-ship wigs are final sale. Once an order has been processed, wigs cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

We do not offer refunds on hair extensions. However, bundles, closures, and frontals may be exchanged for store credit if they meet our eligibility requirements.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Requests made outside this timeframe will not be approved.

To be eligible, the hair must remain:
• Unused
• Unwashed
• Uncut
• Unbrushed
• Unprocessed
 
The hair must be in its original condition and packaging.

Any exchange sent without prior authorization will be returned to the sender.

Approved exchanges are processed as store credit only. Refunds are not provided.

Please double-check all order details before checkout. Any requested changes after an order is placed may result in additional charges.

No. Once a wig has shipped, color modifications cannot be made. While we aim to replicate selected shades as closely as possible, custom colors inspired by reference images are interpreted artistically. Exact duplication is not guaranteed.

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival without opening or altering the bundles. Altering the hair voids exchange eligibility.

Amamuse is not responsible for damage caused by chemical processing or treatments performed by third parties.

Custom wigs typically require 10–20 business days to complete. During peak or holiday seasons, please allow an additional 5 business days.

Once processing is complete, orders typically ship within 3–4 business days.
