Custom Wig Orders
Custom-made wigs require approximately 10–18 business days for completion. During peak or holiday periods, please allow an additional 5 business days for processing.

Once processing is complete, orders are typically shipped within 3–4 business days.

Orders shipped within the United States are delivered using reputable carriers such as UPS or USPS. Signature confirmation and insurance may be included depending on the shipment type. Orders sent to PO Boxes will be fulfilled through USPS.

•Economy shipping may take 5–8 business days after processing

International Orders
International shipments are sent via trusted global carriers such as FedEx or UPS.

Undeliverable, Returned, or Missing Packages
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Orders returned due to address errors will be restocked. Store credit will be issued after deducting original shipping costs and a restocking fee.
