Are wigs eligible for returns or exchanges?
No. All custom-made and ready-to-ship wigs are final sale. Once an order has been processed, wigs cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Do you accept returns on bundles, closures, or frontals?
We do not offer refunds on hair extensions. However, bundles, closures, and frontals may be exchanged for store credit if they meet our eligibility requirements.
How long do I have to request an exchange?
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Requests made outside this timeframe will not be approved.
What condition must the hair be in to qualify for an exchange?
What happens if I send back hair without approval?
Any exchange sent without prior authorization will be returned to the sender.
How are exchanges issued?
Approved exchanges are processed as store credit only. Refunds are not provided.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please double-check all order details before checkout. Any requested changes after an order is placed may result in additional charges.
Can you adjust the color of my wig after it ships?
No. Once a wig has shipped, color modifications cannot be made. While we aim to replicate selected shades as closely as possible, custom colors inspired by reference images are interpreted artistically. Exact duplication is not guaranteed.
How should I inspect my hair upon delivery?
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival without opening or altering the bundles. Altering the hair voids exchange eligibility.
Are you responsible for damage caused by coloring or chemical treatments?
Amamuse is not responsible for damage caused by chemical processing or treatments performed by third parties.
How long does it take to process custom wigs?
Custom wigs typically require 10–20 business days to complete. During peak or holiday seasons, please allow an additional 5 business days.
How long does shipping take once my order is ready?
Once processing is complete, orders typically ship within 3–4 business days.
